    Candidates MUST possess a current health insurance license to sell policies in one or more states.

    Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

    • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
    • Educate prospects on innovative insurance coverages for dental, eye care, and auditory services at little or no cost.
    • Maintain regular communication with prospects and influencers in their healthcare decisions.
    • Utilize best practices in sales and education to maximize conversion rates.
    • Collaborate with Partners and Clinical Coordinators to address service issues and maintain quality standards.
    • Update database regularly to ensure accurate resident and facility account information.
    • Stay updated on product and technical knowledge in the industry.
    • Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

    Education & Experience:

    • Must possess a state-issued insurance license.
    • Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred; or equivalent work experience.
    • 1-3 years’ experience in sales, preferably in healthcare, call center, or insurance.
    • Experience making outbound calls and engaging with prospects.

    Languages:

    • Fluency in English is required; proficiency in additional languages is preferred.
    • Fluency in Spanish or Mandarin is a plus.

    Other Qualifications:

    • Strong planning and organizing skills.
    • Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
