Construction Estimator/Project Manager (Stucco)

Established Las Vegas Construction firm is looking for a Construction Estimator / Project Manager (Stucco Experience required)

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of experience in the building exteriors trades including Stucco, Fiber Cement Siding, and/or Stone Veneer.

We are looking for a highly motivated, knowledgeable, responsible leader with knowledge of exterior construction costs and assemblies.

Responsibilities

• Pursuing bid opportunities
• Estimating projects and submitting proposals
• Negotiate project contracts Preparing project budgets
• Coordinating specialty materials
• Tracking project progress and reviewing project costs
• Working with field management to communicate project requirements
• Working with accounting team to determine and build division profitability

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Stucco experience
• Experience with Excel and Word
• Highly organized
• Extensive construction knowledge in a variety of industry/multiple projects
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills
• Problem solving skills
