Call Center Representative
We are seeking professionals whom thrive in a high-performing sales culture, taking inbound/outbound calls in our Call Center that rewards you based off of your performance.
Expectations
- Understand and communicate services offered
- Build and maintain relationships with current and prospective customers
- Communicate with our customers, addressing their needs and concerns
- Respond to all customer inquiries in a timely manner, providing accurate information and creating a positive customer experience
- Schedule service appointments with customers
- Set up accounts/contracts with new customers
- Provide resolution to customer concerns
- Route customer calls received at our Call Center accordingly based on customer needs
- Establish rapport with new and existing customers at our Call Center
- Must be flexible. Shifts are scheduled between the hours of 5:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.

Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Minimum of 1 year experience in customer service sales @ Call Center environment
- Must be sales oriented with a HIGH focus on customer service
- Must be socially focused and extremely helpful
- Prefers to work in a fast-paced environment
- Persuasive, "selling" (rather than "telling") communication style
- Type 30+ WPM, and ability to navigate through several internet based applications
- Proficient in Windows-based computer programs with excellent navigation skills
- Dependable and punctual in assigned work schedule
