HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER – Bilingual
POSITION SUMMARY: Reporting to the Controller, the Human Resources (HR) Manager, bi-lingual guides and manages the overall provision of HR services, policies, and programs. This includes HR practices and objectives that will provide a teammates-oriented, high-performance culture that emphasizes empowerment, quality, productivity and standards, goal attainment, and the recruitment and ongoing development of a superior workforce.
The HR Manager coordinates implementation of services, policies and programs through HR staff, assists and advises company managers about HR issues.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & BASIC DUTIES:
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITY:
Knowledge of employment law, compensation, organizational planning, organizational development, and teammate relations.
Skill in excellent technical and interpersonal communication; clear and concise communication; time-management; analyzing information, organizational and planning skills; reporting skills; critical thinking; problem-solving; teamwork; adaptability; persuasiveness; attention to detail to ensure document accuracy and solving problems.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills required in English and Spanish.

EDUCATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE:
Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in HR, Business or Organizational Development. Three plus years of progressive leadership experience in HR positions. Specialized training in employment law, compensation, organizational planning, organization development, training and preventative labor relations preferred.
CERTIFICATES AND LICENSES:
PHR/SPHR/SHRM certification preferred
