MUST BE AVAILABLE TO WORK TUESDAY - SATURDAY, 7AM -3PM SHIFT

PURPOSE OF POSITION:

This position will be responsible for supporting the location’s Lead Driver in performing daily operational functions as related to our driver’s document process.  

ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• Responsible for all Driver filing including scan, stamp, sort driver’s logs and any supporting documentation.
• Update and maintain Bill of Ladings (BOL) reports and trip check sheets.
• Work on general office duties including filing, scanning, faxing.
• Assist with payroll component pay check and documentation.
• Make various retailers’ appointments via email, phone, or designated weblinks.
• Update appointment information in Produce Pro or SAP as needed.
• Assist with any other special projects as assigned.

MINIMUM SKILLS REQUIRED:

• High School Diploma or equivalent from an accredited institution.
• MUST BE AVAILABLE TO WORK TUESDAY - SATURDAY, 7AM -3PM
• Knowledge of Internet Explorer and Microsoft Office programs (i.e. Excel, Word, and Outlook, etc.)
• Must be flexible to work on holidays & weekends as needed
• Excellent communication skills (i.e. oral and written).
• General office experience.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.

Required Skills Required Experience

TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE:

1. A bachelor’s degree in graphic design or similar major
2. Two or more years as a graphic designer in a company or agency (must have portfolio and/or samples of work to review)
3. Expert-level skills in design software, such as Quark, InDesign, Illustrator, PhotoShop and Vizio, as well as Microsoft Office programs, Sitecore and Adobe
4. Attention to detail and a critical eye
5. Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects at one time
6. Resilience and the capacity to take in and apply constructive feedback or try a new approach
7. Creativity with the ability to break down and distill complex information
8. Curiosity to learn and apply ideas from other industries or media
9. Technical savvy; active user of digital technologies and social media to support your ability to tailor communications for those media
10. Self-motivation and flexibility
11. Good interpersonal skills; team player but ability to work independently
