Responsibilities:

• Conduct virtual assessments and evaluations to identify students' strengths and challenges.
• Provide virtual counseling and therapy sessions to address individual and group needs.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and administrators to develop and implement intervention strategies.
• Support crisis intervention and management as needed, ensuring student safety and well-being.
• Maintain accurate and confidential student records in compliance with legal and ethical standards.
• Stay updated on best practices and research in virtual psychology and educational psychology.

Requirements:

• Master's or Doctoral degree in School Psychology or a related field.
• Connecticut State licensure or certification as a School Psychologist (if applicable).
• Proven experience in providing virtual psychological services to children and adolescents.
• Strong understanding of educational systems, student development, and mental health issues.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively in a remote environment.
• Proficiency in using virtual platforms for assessments, counseling, and communication.
