    We are hiring a Sales Connection Executive to join ourteam.  

    As a Sales Connection Executive, you will be responsible for selling our core Human Resources Solutions to small businesses (typically less than 200 employees).  Sales Connection Executives target, contact and build relationships with their thorough understanding of our value proposition and the ability to quantify the benefit for clients.

    BACKGROUND

    • EXPERIENCE:  Minimum three years of selling in a B2B environment.  Prior experience selling HR solutions including Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) or Human Capital Management (HCM) software, PEO, Payroll, Employee Benefits, or HR Outsourcing, and business management / entrepreneurial experience is preferred. 
    • COLLEGE DEGREE: Bachelor’s degree preferred however an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
    • CLIENT EXPERIENCE: Proven ability to reach and influence C-level executives and small business owners.
    • TECHNOLOGY: Comfort and experience with technology including proficiency with MS Office Suite.  Knowledge of and prior experience conducting meetings with web conferencing systems is beneficial.

    COMPENSATION

    • SALARY:  Competitive base salary
    • COMMISSIONS:  Residual commissions and bonus plan with unlimited upside
    • TRAINING:  Connectify HR Sales Academy training and support
    • BUSINESS EXPENSES:  Cell phone allowance and other business expense reimbursement
    • TERRITORIES:  No Geographic Territory Limitations
    • REQUIRED: Personal vehicle required with valid driver's license and insurance.
