We are hiring a Human Resources & Client Experience Partner to join our team. Responsibilities include:
Human Resources
- Conducts HR audits for new clients to ensure compliance.
- Review client handbook, policies, job descriptions, and other HR documents as requested by client and create as needed.
- Provide HR consultation to clients’ leadership and management team.
- Respond to employee questions and concerns as needed.
- Assist clients with HR employee communications as needed.
- Assist in the development of HR systems, processes, and tools for clients
- Provide consultative and development of the following systems within the Employee Lifecycle:
- Talent Attraction – Onboarding program, offer letters, job descriptions, job postings.
- Talent Management-employee relations, EPLI claim administration, leave administration, compliance, performance management, engagement and recognition.
- Talent Development-new employee orientation, compliance training, leadership development, and other HR training as requested.
- Talent Transitions-unemployment administration, separation letters, and exit interview templates. Completes HR audit of personnel files and policy and process compliance.
- Provide regulatory and compliance updates to client and ensures client policies and practices are compliant.
- Conduct formal investigations and inquiries; administers employee grievance procedures.
- Maintain and update employee handbook and policies as requested by client.
- Assist clients with using LMS, ATS, HRIS, and other applicable Connectify systems.
- Implement ATS, LMS, and background check support; provides training and resources on systems.
- Develop HR dashboard and delivers to clients quarterly.
- Work with clients to define benefit contribution strategy.
- Create benefit summaries, communication plans, and information for annual benefits renewal.
- Provide internal operations team with benefit information necessary to complete annual benefits renewal.
- Document HR activity in CRM.
Client Experience
- Serve as main point of contact for all aspects of client relationship.
- Collaborate with internal teams for resolutions to client questions and concerns.
- Escalate service issues to HR & Client Experience Officer as needed.
- Plan, organize, and facilitate all client connections.
- Actively participates in client implementation process and meetings.
- Conduct onsite or virtual employee onboarding and benefit enrollment meetings during implementation process.
- Prepare summary report and dashboard for client reviews with HR & CE Officer.
- Track all service touchpoints in CRM.
EDUCATION, TRAINING, AND EXPERIENCE:
Required
- Bachelor’s degree in business or human resource management or related field; or 3-5 years of equivalent experience
- 3 – 5 years of customer-facing experience
_ Preferred_
- Must successfully pass and maintain PHR or SHRM-CP designation within one year of qualification to take exam

TOOLS, EQUIPMENT, AND SOFTWARE:
- Must be able to proficiently operate Windows PC with MS Office and MS Outlook
- Familiar use with HRIS, Applicant Tracking System, Learning Management System, Performance Management system and other HR-related programs
- Familiar use with Client Relationship Management systems
WORKING CONDITIONS AND PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Primarily indoor work in a remote office environment requiring long periods of sitting
- Frequent utilization of manual dexterity and visualizing of a computer screen
- Limited travel by vehicle and air to client worksites as needed
- No unusual physical requirements
- Combination of remote work with some in office meetings
