CONNECTION COORDINATOR

OBJECTIVE
To help carry out the mission of Passion City Church, that we are: for God, for people, for the city, and for the world.
The Connection Coordinator will work with the wider Passion City Church DC staff to build and provide administrative support structures. They will also work more specifically with the Spiritual Formation team to help foster community and spiritual growth through events and Family Groups.
The ideal candidate will have strong relational and administrative skills with a desire to both build lasting systems and care for the spiritual well-being of individuals.

WORK SCHEDULE
Full-time, 40-hour workweek that includes all day Sunday as well as a 9-5p Monday to Thursday schedule that varies depending on weeknight events.

Highly organized with strong relational and administrative skills. Embodies a positive, adaptable, and teachable posture, as well as a pastoral heart that desires to support the people of Passion City Church. Exercises discretion, mature judgement, and professionalism in their care of people. Readiness to evaluate and adapt programs and systems to encourage continuous growth and improvement within the Spiritual Formation ministry. Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
EXPECTATIONS
