SEEKING A FULL TIME BI LINGUAL RECRUITER The Staffing Account Manager is responsible for Recruiting Qualified Candidates for a wide range of Clients. Interview, Qualify and present to customers. WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE FOLLOWING:

• Work with Clients to provide candidates for Staffing Requests • Place advertisements via Social Media, Online and other avenues • Recruit, Interview, Screen and Qualify candidates • Data Enter all items into system • Meet goals on a daily, weekly and monthly basis • Work with Clients to obtain new orders • Upload documents to employee files, ensure all compliance and documentation • Identify new opportunities • Manage temporary employees • Work as team in order to achieve office goals Requirements: • Professional Communication, verbal and written • Ability to multi task • Attention to detail • Excellent computer skills-Data Entry, Word, Excel, Outlook • Utilize Problem Solving and Critical Thinking Skills • Work with a diverse population • Maintain confidentiality and have awareness of legality • Experience with utilizing Social Media • Customer Service background • Enforce corporate policies and procedures • Excellent communication skills • Work in a team environment Competitive industry Salary.
