Connex Family Services is looking for passionate, devoted individuals interested in providing direct behavioral therapy to our clients in the Manassas area. Job Requirements: Therapists apply knowledge of the principles of behavior analysis in a one-to-one setting to clients with developmental disabilities. Responsibilities include:
Implementing programs designed by a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Participating in team meetings, parent training, client assessment and/or observation
Applying behavior analytic techniques to reduce challenging and stereotypic behavior
Maintaining accurate records of client progress through session data and data graphed daily
Attending sessions consistently and on time

These children all range from having different diagnoses in autism, down syndrome, oppositional defiance disorder, attention deficit hyperactivity disorder, intellectual disability, etc. The therapist will be working in the home with the child while implementing programs created and placed in their individualized treatment plans.Position’s Available: Full time & Part time Behavior Technician and Registered Behavior TechnicianQualifications:
Minimum of High School Diploma
