    Manages and leads a team of employees. Communicates company goals, updates on processes, and deadlines for training to the team. Provides help to management, including monitoring schedules and queues, assisting with coaching and training, and keeps management updated on team performance. Communicates concerns and policies among management and team members.

    Mission Statement:

    The Team Lead is responsible for supporting the Production Manager by maintaining focus on driving performance via agent coaching and floor monitoring. The Team Lead will report to the Production Manager and work closely with the agents and the Production Manager to execute strategies to meet and exceed goals.

    As a Team Lead, I certify that:

    • I will maintain focus on call performance and provide feedback and follow-up with the agents as needed.
    • I will manage the schedule and status adherence.
    • I will monitor call queues and escalate to the Production Manager as needed.
    • I will regularly attend calibration calls corresponding with my campaign, team, agent, etc.
    • I will participate in team huddles and regularly follow up with the team to ensure adherence to discussed topics.
    • I have a clear understanding of Medicare laws, regulations, best practices, sales techniques, etc. to drive toward goals and support agents as needed.
    • I will adhere to scheduled times to be on the phones, actively taking calls - Minimum 5 hours per week.
    • I will maintain focus on the completion of training modules, compliance requirements and RTS statuses for the team.
    • I have a clear understanding of company policies and procedures and will escalate any observed violations.

    Qualifications:

    • At least one AEP on the floor or similar experience
    • Licensed and RTS, or demonstration of knowledge and understanding of Medicare Health Insurance similar to one whom is licensed.
    • Interpersonal skills
    • Computer proficiency
    • Ability to problem solve and create a positive customer experience to reduce escalations.
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and adapt well to change.
    • Excellent communication and listening skills
