As part of our Insurance Sales position, you will be the eyes and ears of our team. You will field customer inquiries and find innovative ways to respond. You will have the chance to interact with people from all walks of life and be a part of a fun and collaborative environment.

In addition, we pay for your health insurance license training, books, study guides, final exam, fingerprinting and background checks! Once you pass the exam, you will be offered a position at $18.00 an hour +bonuses!!

Our program consists of two weeks Monday through Friday online training with one of our amazing trainers as well as some self-study with a provided schedule to keep you on track. Once you have completed the necessary classwork, we schedule the test for you and arrange times for background checks/fingerprinting. Once you have completed the test and passed, we are able to then offer you a paid position! Currently, our company is being very diligent about COVID-19 precautions and protecting your safety by allowing some work from home options.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

Handling and carefully responding to all inbound and outbound customer inquiries

Providing excellent customer service through active listening

Working with confidential and sensitive customer information

Aiming to resolve issues on the first call by being proactive, patient, empathetic, and understanding

Appropriately communicating with customers, exercising retention efforts if needed

Identifying customers who are comparison-shopping and inquiring about contract terms while assisting the customer with the correct price plan

Compassionately handling sensitive situations surrounding healthcare needs, education, and prevention planning
