Title: Web Access Specialist
Hiring Organization: Connexion Systems & Engineering

Purpose
To ensure timely processing of all insurance company website account administration requests, including new account registrations, password resets and troubleshooting for all new and existing clients.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Register accounts within websites for new and existing clients
• Maintain new and existing book of business including usernames and passwords for all insurance companies
• Adhere to the Code of Conduct and be familiar with all compliance policies and procedures.

Education (Degrees, Certificates, Licenses, Etc.)

• High School Diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience required.

Experience

• Computer Skills
• Prior word processing, spreadsheet and internet software experience including proficiency with MS Excel and MS Word required.
• One to two years related experience with prior experience of EDI operations preferred
• Prior password management experience preferred

• Possess excellent customer service skills
• Ability to add, to subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure
• Ability to adjust to new processes and suggest improvements as you discover the need
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedural manuals
• Ability to write routine reports and correspondence
• Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions
• Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision
• Ability to sit for prolonged periods of time, use hands, talk, hear and occasionally walk and reach with hands or arms
