    Job Description

    CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE I  LOCATION: Irvine, CA 92618 DURATION: 6+ months RATE: 17/hr W2

    DUTIES:

    • This worker will be in Irvine office 5 days per week.  A mask will be required until guidance and/or company policy changes.
    • Troubleshoot software, connectivity and hardware issues for customers via phone, email.
    • Resolve escalated (In Warranty) support tickets
    • Return processing

    SKILLS:

    • 1 to 4 years in customer facing sales and/or service role.
    • Polished communicator, verbal and written.
    • Detail oriented, excellent follow through.
    • Basic computer skills and the ability and willingness to learn new skills. 
    • Professional, outgoing, personable, reliable.
    • Self-starter. 
    • Demonstrates the ability to make constructive use of feedback. 
    • Can manage conflict effectively. 
    • Startup experience a plus.

    EDUCATION: The ideal candidate will have a mix of classroom and on-the-job experiences to acquire the skills needed for this job.
