The Customer Service Representative’s role is to provide support and solutions to customers regarding product or service issues/concerns. Your responsibilities include handling inbound and outbound calls to customers, vendors, and facilities to ensure complete customer satisfaction across the lifecycle of the customer’s service experience with Conn’s. You will provide every customer with the highest level of customer service with a reassuring, professional attitude and a willingness to resolve the situation.
