In addition, we own an irrigation company, providing repairs, new installs redesigns, and retro-fitting. We work with home owners, commercial proprieties and HOA's. Our growing company seeks a reliable, organized Office Assistant to manage the day-to-day administrative aspects of running the business. This includes having great people skills, as the ideal candidate will interact with our contractors and homeowners. Due to the fast-paced, multi-faceted nature of this business, organization skills and attention to detail are key.
The successful candidate will answer and screen phone calls, provide detailed information as to what company the client is interested in using, the type of job that they want etc., schedule projects, follow up with clients after the jobs have been completed, including invoicing. Act as a liaison between client and work crew, ensuing clarity, performance, motivation and completion. Be a problem solver and solution oriented.
The successful applicant will have a positive attitude, a desire to work as efficiently as possible, working knowledge of QuickBooks or willingness to learn.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Overseeing general office operation
Greeting visitors, answering a high-volume of incoming phone calls and delivering top notch service to our customers
Provide administrative support in lead generation, customer loyalty, accounting, daily office procedures, etc.
Answer all incoming sales, service, and vendor phone calls.
Maintain databases.
Manage customer mailings, incoming mail, and email
Manage calendar of events
Update and manage various reports and programs (sales, phone, etc.)
Order inventory and supplies
REQUIREMENTS
2+ of experience in office administration
Outstanding organizational skills manage multiple priorities in a timely fashion
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, QuickBooks
Problem solver and systematic in approach
