As a Conserva Technician, you are a self-starter who has been in the industry and has already developed a professional approach to irrigation. You will be primarily responsible for residential repairs such as troubleshooting, enhancing existing systems to make them more efficient, installing smart irrigation controllers and will have tons of opportunity to learn and excel on the job. Must feel comfortable speaking to homeowner about controllers, irrigation improvements and efficiency upgrades to to save water. Must wear Conserva uniform while on the job.

TECHNICIAN RESPONSIBILITIES

standard irrigation repairs and diagnostics

Installing high-tech smart irrigation controllers

Adding on to existing systems

Install Micro and drip irrigation installation and enhancements

pump and well experience preferred

drainage experience preferred

ability to educate homeowners on water conservation and best practices

LEARNING ON THE JOB

Work independently, yet be part of a team

Assess residential irrigation systems through our proven SES® sales process

Assess commercial irrigation systems through our proven CSA® sales process

Strong desire to always be learning and improving yourself

Utilize a customer service program for scheduling, documentation, inventory control, and customer service

QUALIFICATIONS

2+ years of documented irrigation industry experience and proficiency required

Clean driving record and background check

Results-oriented

Motivation to earn production bonuses

Great attitude with a desire for growth-ground floor opportunity

Ability to work regular physical labor outdoors in a variety of weather conditions
