The Instructor of Services Training maintains oversight of safety and procedural training processes for stations in a specific region and/or line of business. Position coordinates with local general managers and station trainers to ensure personnel receive both initial and recurrent training specific to their job functions. Position will evaluate OSHA compliance in assigned stations to verify all records are complete and current. Ensures that daily operations fully meet government and WFS requirements and identifies performance and training deficiencies. Assists local management personnel, designated station instructors and safety coordinates on new procedures, carrier and government regulatory bulletins.
Assist with the development of new procedures and monitors performance. Updates personnel on new procedures and, government regulatory bulletins and conducts quality assurance and safety audits. Develops and updates training materials. Responsibilities for this position may also include computer data entry.
Checks performance and work progress on key carrier account. Complete additional tasks as assigned; participates in group and individual project work

Required Experience
Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; six months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Ability to read, write, speak, and understand the English language. Must be able to work weekends (Friday, Saturday and Sunday), holidays and days off.
