    CALIBRE is an employee-owned, mission-focused solutions and digital transformation company. We are seeking a Functional Finance and Logistics Analyst to support the Army Working Capital Fund – Supply Management.

    Responsibilities:

    • Serve as a functional finance and logistics analyst supporting Army Working Capital Fund (AWCF) – Supply Management.

    • Provide Subject Matter Expertise (SME) in Army logistics and AWCF finance to support programming and budgeting of Army resources.

    • Extract, analyze, validate, and summarize data from various large Army supply and financial systems.

    • Develop reports and briefings for senior leaders using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

    • Coordinate with logistics and finance stakeholders to develop and validate AWCF price and credit tables.

    • Support Performance-Based Logistics (PBL) repair activities and assist action officers in daily directorate operations.

    • Identify problems, develop practical solutions, and communicate clearly with both technical and functional audiences.

    • Operate independently and demonstrate initiative in complex, data-driven environments.

    Required Skills

    Required Qualifications:

    • Active DoD security clearance

    • Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS)

    • Subject Matter Expert (SME) experience in Army logistics and AWCF finance

    • Experience in resource management, budgeting, accounting systems, or management information systems

    • Proficiency in data analysis and presentation tools such as Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

    Desired Qualifications:

    • Familiarity with Army Working Capital Fund operations

    • Experience with GCSS-Army, GFEBS, and LMP

    • Working knowledge of SQL

    • Prior AWCF or federal cataloging experience

    • Professional certifications such as CDFM or CGFM
