    TPC Harding Park, located in San Francisco, CA, offers two impressive courses open to the public: The Harding Park golf course and the Fleming 9. Each year, TPC Harding Park plays host to numerous corporate and charitable golf outings, business meetings, fundraising tournaments, holiday parties, and other special events. TPC Harding Park also includes The Cypress Grill, which has a breathtaking view of Lake Merced as well as the signature 18th hole of Harding Park Golf Course.

     

    TPC Harding Park is currently seeking a full-time GENERAL HANDYWORKEr to join our winning team. This position is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and proper operating conditions for the facilities.

     

    RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

    • Assist in maintaining all aspects of the Clubhouse facilities.
    • Conduct repairs to the infrastructure including: painting, Clubhouse systems, minor plumbing and other general minor repairs
    • Ensure all common areas of the facility are maintained throughout day
    • Consistently oversee janitorial contractor to ensure duties are compete for the Club

     

    QUALIFIED CANDIDATES WILL HAVE THE FOLLOWING:

    • Previous experience in property maintenance or similar experience preferred
    • Ability to work weekends if needed
    • Multi-task and handle multiple projects at a time
    • Must be at least 18 years of age
    • Solid understanding of building maintenance including but not limited to: carpentry, drywall repair, mechanical/electrical & plumbing
    • Ability to lift and carry, independently moderate to heavy objects (up to 100 pounds)
    • Must be able to stand, walk, kneel and crawl
    • Ability to keep track of and report on activity
    • Ability to provide effective written and verbal instructions, as well as the ability to carry out detailed written or verbal instructions independently with an excellent customer service attitude

    Required Skills Required Experience

  • Qualifications

    Strong candidates must bring the following prerequisites to the table:

    • Background in FP&A including revenue forecasting, financial statement modeling (I.S., B.S. and SCF), valuations, cash management, capital planning, and other FP&A activities
    • Proven ability to consolidate complex sets of data and reports
    • Experience working in “big data” environments and report writing to create extensive catalog of greenfield financial reporting decks
    • Experienced at aligning processes, measurements and business objectives, often across many business units and departments, while removing waste from key processes and leveraging technology
    • A minimum of three (3) years of experience in an analytical capacity tied to monthly, quarterly and annual close or reporting processes.
    • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Data Analytics, Accounting, Finance, or Economics
    • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
    • Experienced with database administration
    • Experienced with SQL Server Analysis Services, Hyperion, and JD Edwards
    • Ability to travel between 15% to 25%
