    We are currently seeking a highly skilled System Administrator to enhance the corporate Information Technology team. Qualified candidates will be asked to support company users and customers in a helpdesk environment. The primary responsibility of this role will be to maintain and improve the existing IT infrastructure and ensure the company is in compliance with cyber security requirements. Ideal candidates will possess:

    • Complete understanding and wide application of technical principles, theories, and concepts in the field. General knowledge of other related disciplines.
    • maintenance, systems monitoring/reporting, requirements analysis, requirements planning, resource scheduling, CM, and documentation management.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Regularly required to lift and/or move up to 25 lbs., and occasionally required to lift and/or move up to 40 lbs.
    • Possess excellent communication skills and exhibit professionalism and courtesy interacting with users, customers, and corporate executives.
    • Ability to troubleshoot common software and hardware issues.
    • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Windows 10/11 and server operating systems.
    • Experience with VMware, SonicWall, Manage Engine End Point Central, RSA Secure ID preferred.
    • HelpDesk support role – Desktop support. network/systems support. Firewalls, switches and VPN appliances.
    • Microsoft 365 including SharePoint, Teams, M365 exchange, office 365 products, teams, and azure AD.
    • Windows Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP.

    Required Experience : At least 7 years’ experience in system administration of LAN/WAN systems, network security, systems

    Required Education : BS/BA Degree preferred. Industry certifications such as COMPTIA Security +.

    Due to the sensitivity of customer-related requirements, the candidate must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance.
