    WE ARE CURRENTLY OFFERING A SIGN-ON BONUS FOR THIS POSITION AT ROCKRIDGE!!!

     $1000 sixty days after start date and an additional $1000 upon reaching six months!

    We are currently seeking C.N.A.'s  to provide exceptional care for our Residents. 24 and 32 hour position available!

    SHIFTS OPEN: 7:00AM to 3:00PM, 3:00PM to 11:00PM, 11:00PM to 7:00AM

    Competitive Wages! $15.00 - $18.00 PLUS SHIFT DIFFERENTIALS OF $2.00 ON WEEKDAYS AND $3.50 ON WEEKENDS

    JOB REQUIREMENTS

    High School diploma or equivalent and is a graduate of a certified nursing assistant program, or home health aid program, approved by the State of Massachusetts, or be willing to become a C.N.A. within a specified period of time. Prior experience in a hospital, nursing home, assisted living community or retirement home is preferred. Knowledge of dementia and age relation issues is preferred. Must be able to communicate effectively in English, both written and verbal.

    • Culinary training in a formal educational institution preferred, or minimum one year experience working in a commercial kitchen environment.
    • Sound basic technical skill sets including knife skills highly preferred.
    • Possess basic food production knowledge and aware of food safety procedures.
    • Willingness to learn and excel in own role and always looking to go above and beyond to help team's success.
    • Requires standing for extended periods, walking, pushing, kneeling or crouching.
    • Must be able to reach overhead and below the knees; including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping.
    • Able to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 30 pounds without assistance.
