    We are seeking a Program Management Analyst, Junior to support our Persistent Maritime Unmanned Aircraft Systems Program (PMA 262) Patuxent River, MD customer. The ideal candidate will be able to perform the following duties, and possess the following education and experience:

    Functional Duties:

    • Applies analytic techniques in the evaluation of program/project objectives
    • Analyzes requirements, status, budget and schedules
    • Performs management, technical, or business case analyses
    • Collects, completes, organizes and interprets data relating to aircraft/weapon/project acquisition and product programs
    • Tracks program/project status and schedules
    • Applies government-instituted processes for documentation, change control management and data management

    Responsibilities:

    • Engage in Engineering Change Proposal (ECP)/Configuration Management (CM) approval process in Enterprise Change Management (ECM)
    • Lead and coordinate communication across IPTs to bridge Production, Sustainment, Technical and Functional areas on ECP
    • Lead and coordinate communication between the program office and Original Equipment Manufacturer to bridge Production, Sustainment, and Technical areas on ECP implications and contracting strategies.
    • Direct both PMA 262 and prime contractor CM teams on prioritization of ECPs to be approved based on the Production IPT contracting action timelines and their urgency.

    Experience: Less than three years of experience.

    Allowable Substitutions: A Bachelor’s Degree plus two (2) years of additional work experience performing duties described in the functional description, or an Associate’s Degree plus four (4) years of additional work experience performing duties described in the functional description, OR Six (6) years of additional work experience performing duties described in the functional description.

    Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance. Due to the sensitivity of customer related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required.
