WaferTech is currently seeking PRODUCTION SPECIALISTS to join our manufacturing team in Camas, WA. 

Your primary function as a Production Specialist is to monitor computer systems and physically move wafers, in containers called pods, throughout the production area to ensure constant wafer flow. Most of our new employees don’t know how to manufacture integrated circuits, so we have developed an extensive training program to help you learn.

Due to the complex nature of the semiconductor manufacturing processes, it is important to have the ability to adhere to procedures and follow instructions. This is a physically demanding job requiring lifting, bending, long periods of standing and walking.

WaferTech operates 24/7, 365 days a year so your availability to work 12-hour, day or night shifts, including weekends and holidays is a must. Required Experience

• Minimum of 1 year stable work history with one employer, full-time OR minimum 6 months work history with one employer while attending high school
• Experience in a fast paced team environment and production environment is preferred (ex: fast food, restaurant, warehouse, manufacturing)
• High school diploma or GED preferred
