FoxGuard Solutions is looking for a self-motivated, tech-savvy individual to join our team as a Production Technician. This is a great entry-level position in which you would responsible for building, testing, and configuring computers and parts. What will you be doing?

• Build and configure computers to customer specifications using high-tech, automated systems
• Troubleshoot and diagnose minor hardware and software issues
• Participate in improvement efforts to ensure the highest efficiency, e.g. build process updates
• Ability to provide accurate status updates to necessary project coordinators
• Test products or subassemblies for functionality and quality
• Assist Engineering with the production of prototype units as needed

All candidates must meet the following minimum requirements to be considered for this opportunity:

• Associate's degree (A.A.) or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school IT, or Computer Engineering or six months to one-year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to read and carefully follow instructions
• Excellent attention to detail and extreme reliability

The following may be used to differentiate candidates who apply for this position:

• A+ Certification; Net+
• 1 to 2 years of experience as helpdesk, IT, or manufacturing in technology

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Work is performed in a cold environment with an average temperature of 34 degrees Fahrenheit. Concentrated chlorine and concealed ammonia is present. Work surfaces and floors may be wet. Employees are required to wear approved shoes and protective equipment. Must be able to lift up to 10 lbs. unassisted up to 1/3 of the workday, and 6 lbs. overhead as job demands. Constant standing on a concrete floor, reaching, bending, stooping, and repetitive hand movements may be required. Moving machinery, including conveyor and forklifts are in operation in the immediate area.
