    JOB DESCRIPTION

    At Vertical Screen, Inc., we perform background checks so our clients’ job applicants can get hired and students can get accepted to their chosen school.  As a Client Services Representative, you will be an important part of this process!

    This is a full-time position at 40 hours a week, and the available shifts vary, Monday through Friday. Starting salary is $16.00 per hour.

     

    This may be a temporarily remote position due to COVID-19.

       

    RESPONSIBILITIES

     


     

    • Provides customer support on a wide range of items including troubleshooting in a non-technical environment.
    • Responds to internal or external user requests for service and determines nature and extent of support needed.
    • Responds to problem calls over the phone or via email.
    • Provides support or refers to the appropriate staff member.
    • Responsible for handling all incoming e-mails and calls and forwarding to the appropriate department that is not being serviced by Customer Service.
    • Investigates issues to determine the proper department for resolution.

     

     

    REQUIRED SKILLS


    • Strong attention to detail
    • Able to work in a fast paced, inbound call center environment.
    • Excellent verbal, written, and telephonic communication skills.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
    • Detailed oriented and able to manage multiple tasks or projects.
    • Ability to maintain confidential information and follow procedures for work processing.

      

    EDUCATION


    The candidate we are seeking will have at minimum a high school diploma or equivalent.

    • Demonstrates solid understanding of all social media platforms, e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Tiktok, Snapchat
    • Can plan and buy online and emerging media.
    • Stays current emerging trends and future opportunities and can advise on new ways to reach targets.
    • Can develop and implement effective social media campaigns.
    • Has a working knowledge of analytic tools and can use them to evaluate performance metrics.
    • Can work with creative, account and social teams to choose the most effective media channels and tactics for our clients.
    • Understands ROI and can provide the client with a basis for measurement of the digital activities.
    • Is passionate and articulate and can craft a compelling case/recommendation and present it to a client.
    • Ability to thrive in a deadline-driven environment, exhibiting strong organizational skills and aptitude to task switch effectively
    • Works with paid media and analytics team to develop comprehensive performance reports that offer optimizations and recommendations
