• High School diploma or general education degree (GED)
• Customer service, call center or related customer contact experience
• Demonstrated knowledge and aptitude to use computers and related technology skillfully, including proficient typing skills
• High attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills (verbal, listening and written)
• Strong organizational skills
• Good reasoning, problem solving skills
• Ability to work from home in a distraction free environment, behind a closed door, and have hard wired connection to your modem of at least 10 mbps.
• Availability to be flexible in a part time employee model, with the ability to work nights, holidays, and weekends.
• Training availability – training will be held Mon-Fri 3 PM - 8 PM and will last 4 weeks
• Employees must reside within commuting distance of Sun Country Headquarters
