    JOB SUMMARY

    Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm

    As a Benefits/HR Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting the human resources department by assisting with managing employee benefits programs and providing administrative assistance in various HR functions. Your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of tasks, from administering health insurance plans to maintaining personnel records. You will serve as a liaison between employees and insurance providers, ensuring smooth communication and resolution of benefit-related queries. Additionally, you will contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures, as well as assist in organizing employee events and training programs. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a thorough understanding of HR practices and benefits administration.     ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Leave administration
    • Conduct New Hire Benefits meetings and 401K Enrollment meetings
    • Assist employees with benefit-related questions
    • Assists with Promotion/Transfers letters and alerts
    • Manage HRIS database (ADP) and compile reports as required, including but not limited to New Hires, Promotions/Transfers, Terminations, and updated emergency contacts/addresses/phone numbers
    • Manage 90 days introductory reviews and 90 day transfer/promotion reviews
    • Manage EOTM program
    • Relieve receptionist for lunch/breaks
    • Manage employee recognition program
    • Make sure that mandated postings are current
    • Responsible for overseeing Mentor program
    • Maintains/organizes folders in MS Teams
    • Assist in creating and maintaining Analytics for senior management
    • Record formally RIDL documents for HR
    • Actively update and maintain ADP homepage
    • Monitor HR Suggestion Box
    • Provide back up when the Benefits Specialist is out of the office
    • Assist with year end reporting/processes

    METRICS

    • Metrics will be defined by the objectives set forth in the monthly reviews and measured on consistently meeting objectives, completion of projects on timely basis and quality of work.
    • Must send out email reminders to managers for 90 days introductory reviews on the 80th day
    • Must send out EOTM nomination email to all employees 4 days before the last day of the month for voting purposes and announce winner by end of the month.

    QUALIFICATIONS

    • Must be well versed in a variety of computer system environments and be able to troubleshoot technical issues .
    • 2-3 years of working experience in HR
    • Ability to create and deliver presentations to all levels within the organization
    • Utilize project management skills in managing various projects in supporting the organization
    • Experience with annual ACA reporting
    • Knowledge of ADA
    • Experience in benefits administration

    **EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE **

    • High School Diploma or GED/Equivalent Required, Bachelor’s Degree Preferred

    WORK SCHEDULE __

    • The work hours will be dependent upon what is necessary to support, manage, and achieve the goals and necessary productivity levels of the subordinate staffs. Normal working hours of staff members will be from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday through Friday. _This is a minimum expectation. Often projects and assignments will extend beyond the normal workday. A_dherence to attendance and coverage policies is expected to be followed diligently. Time off will be granted with proper formal notice in accordance with company policy.

    WORK ENVIRONMENT __

    • The environment is a professional office environment. Dress attire is casual but professional in an office setting. All employees are required to wear “Radwear” (shirt with company logo) at all times once the initial supply (at company expense) has been received. Radwell ID Badge and Access card must be worn at all times and “Radwell Safety Policies must be adhered to at all times”.
