    This position supports the NAVAIR PMA-231 Advanced Hawkeye Command and Control platform office. The successful candidate will team with other professionals in providing program execution support. This position will be a hybrid office environment. The incumbent will be responsible for creating, modifying, and maintaining a wide variety of documents and correspondence including, but not limited to:

    - Composes/Reviews Correspondence

    - Travel Orders and Vouchers

    - Minutes

    - Program Status

    - Event Coordination

    - Tracks Program or Project Schedules

    Additional Responsibilities:

    • Functional Description: Applies analytic techniques in the evaluation of program/project objectives. Analyzes requirements, status, budget and schedules. Performs management, technical, or business case analyses. Collects, completes, organizes and interprets data relating to aircraft project acquisition and product programs. Tracks program/project status and schedules. Applies government-instituted processes for documentation, change control management and data management.
    • Performs administrative support functions required for day-to-day execution of the program in support of the program’s Contracting Officer Representative (COR) and routinely interface with Integrated Product Team (IPT) leads.
    • Participates in the development and dissemination of meeting agendas, meeting minutes, and program status updates and distribute to team members as required.
    • Documents and clearly identifies action items and ensure action items are assigned appropriately and resolved.
    • Creates and distributes program related briefs.
    • Participates in Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL), Statement of Work (SOW), Integrated Master Schedule (IMS), and risk management related tasking.

    Basic Qualifications:

    • Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office software is required.
    • Demonstrated oral and written skills required.
    • Applicant selected may be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. A current Secret Clearance with a Single Scope Background Investigation (SSBI) completed within the last 6 years is required.
    • Applicant must be eligible for a Top Secret Clearance

    Required Education : Junior - BA/BS degree.

    Required Experience : Junior - less than 3 years’ experience performing duties described in the functional description.

    Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance. Due to the sensitivity of customer-related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required.
