    NGM Biopharmaceuticals, Inc. is a clinical stage biotech company dedicated to discovering and developing the next generation of medicines for the treatment of serious diseases.  Our experienced scientific team has joined forces with an impressive group of industry professionals, Nobel Laureates and other distinguished researchers to form a company where innovation and cutting-edge science has provided the foundation for a robust drug discovery engine.  To date, NGM Bio has generated a pipeline of seven drug candidates in various stages of development targeting liver, metabolic and ophthalmic diseases and cancer. The most advanced drug candidate, NGM282, is entering Phase 2b clinical studies in non-alcoholic steatohepatitis (NASH).  NGM’s strategic collaboration with Merck, which was extended to March 2022, will continue to provide us with the resources and flexibility to pursue our ambitious R&D goals and further extend our pipeline of novel drug candidates.  

      

    We are seeking a contract Recruiting Coordinator. This Recruiting Coordinator would be an expert in scheduling interviews.  The Coordinator will work closely with the Director of Talent Acquisition, Talent Acquisition Specialist, and Hiring Managers with the objective of efficiently coordinating high volume interview activity and effectively guiding candidates through the recruiting process. Our ideal candidate will be able to excel in managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, will have the ability to build strong relationships, and has a flexible demeanor that can shift gears at a moment’s notice.

    Required Skills

    • Outstanding organizational skills
    • At least 1 year of administrative work experience with heavy scheduling/calendaring is required; exposure to HR or recruiting is preferred
    • Powerpoint and Excel skills are preferred
    • Strong communication skills are critical, especially on the phone
    • Computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel is required
    • Working knowledge of Gmail, Outlook, and/or other electronic calendaring applications is required

    Working hours: 40 hrs/week
