    SUMMARY

    RESPONSIBLE FOR CREATING AND LEADING CITY BANK MORTGAGE RENOVATION PLATFORM, INCLUDING DEVELOPING SALES AND FULFILLMENT CAPABILITIES, AND SUPPORTING ALL ASPECTS OF ORIGINATION OF THIS PRODUCT CAPABILITY.

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES

    1. DEVELOP PRODUCT MENU, ADMINISTRATION GUIDELINES, AND PROCESSES
    2. TRAIN ORIGINATORS, PROCESSORS, UNDERWRITERS, AND CLOSERS TO ENSURE SMOOTH INTERNAL FILE FLOW
    3. WORK CLOSELY WITH MORTGAGE PRODUCTION LEADERSHIP TEAM.
    4. MAINTAIN CLOSE COMMUNICATION WITH ALL FUNCTIONAL AREAS
    5. OVERSEE CONTRACTOR VALIDATIONS
    6. PROCESS DRAW REQUESTS ENSURING PROPER DOCUMENTATION PROMPTLY REMITTED
    7. REVIEW RENOVATION FILES FOR ADEQUATE DOCUMENTATION FOR COMPLIANCE AND AUDIT PURPOSES
    8. MONITOR MONTHLY ACCOUNTING RECONCILIATIONS FOR TIMELY INTERNAL CLOSEOUT
    9. COACH SALES TEAM ON BEST PRACTICES TO DELIVER OPTIMAL PROGRAMS TO PROSPECTIVE CLIENTS AND REFERRAL PARTNERS.
    10. ONGOING DEVELOPMENT AND IMPLEMENTATION OF POLICIES AND PROCEDURES TO OPTIMIZE CUSTOMER SERVICE, EFFICIENCY, AND PRODUCTION

    JOB REQUIREMENTS

     

    • Prior experience in luxury hotels or resorts preferred
    • Prior customer service experience required
    • Able to meet company’s grooming standards and policies
    • Comfortable with learning new software and computer literate
    • Multi-lingual preferred
    • High School GED minimum preferred
    • Attention to details excellent customer service
    • Requires standing for extended periods, walking, pushing, kneeling or crouching
