    The Business Intelligence Analyst will support the Business Intelligence Manager in the creation and updating of both standard and custom reports/analysis based on internal and external data. This role is a support role to help create, analyze, report, and distribute information to the organization to help grow revenue, profitability, and market share.

     

    POSITION DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:                                                    

    • Maintain and update distributor, product and service business intelligence reports monthly.
    • Maintain and update OEM Spare Parts quarterly reports.
    • Perform exports to send out to NEMA, EFC and other associations and report on market data and conduct regular analysis by product and regions comparing MEAU data with the market data.
    • Create and regularly update industry reports on principle battlefields
    • Prepare a monthly newsletter on principal battlefields using information (news, trends and highlights) from Associations’ websites, and macroeconomic indicators using ITR and Prestige monthly reports
    • Calculate TAM, SAM, SOM categories and market share by product
    • Target account and key contact identification, grading and further research, use perfect target criteria to identify target accounts and contacts using data platforms available
    • Perform Post Event/Trade show analysis contrasting Trade show statistics with MEAU statistics (number and regional allocation of visitors, hourly traffic, industry, job function of visitors etc.)
    • Help to create and maintain Salesforce reports and dashboards.
    • Perform other tasks as needed.

    SUPERVISORY / MANAGEMENT RESPONSIBILITIES

    • No direct reports.

     

     

    TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS

    • 10% travel based on demand, primarily with in Americas.

    BENEFICIAL EDUCATION, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

    • Minimum 3 years of experience with data manipulation
    • Knowledge of Industrial Automation Products is desired – Servo/Motion control, PLC, HMI, VFD
    • Knowledge of analytics tools such as Tableau, SAP Analyzer BEx etc.
    • Experience with Salesforce CRM platform.

    Required Skills Required Experience

    ESSENTIAL EDUCATION, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

    • BS in Data Science, Statistics, Economics or equivalent experience
    • Proficiency in Excel and aptitude to learn and utilize advanced analytics tools (Tableau, Infogram, SAP Analyzer BEx etc.)
    • Detail oriented and fast learner
    • Ability to translate data into insights
    • Strong organizational and management skills including time management, prioritization, and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

     

  • Qualifications
    • Must have demonstrated knowledge of DoD Unified Capability (UC), Voice Over IP (VOIP), and eVOIP technology in order to provide engineering, planning, testing, and management experience to support DoD Gateways.
    • Working knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory (AD) configuration and setting AD servers and their domain controllers.
    • Must have experience with conducting Security Test and Evaluations under the NIST Risk Management Framework (RMF), understanding of risk management practices and security program development including change management, access control, and physical security.
    • Must be knowledgeable with the Security Technical Implementation Guides (STIGs), and have IP network and security engineering experience including a basic understanding of IP routing, quality of service mechanisms, MPLS, and IPsec architectures.
    • Ability to develop emerging network solutions, user requirements and alignment and business case development.
    • Provide technical and operational input to develop CONOPS and applicable training material.
    • Hands on experience installing, configuring, administering and operating Tenable Security Center and Nessus Scanner, known as Assured Compliance Assessment Solution (ACAS) in the DoD environment.
    • Hands on experience with Vulnerability Management System (VMS), Host Based Security System (HBSS) and eMASS.
    • Demonstrated knowledge to provide Information Assurance (IA) support to coordinate and obtain Interim and Final approvals to test and operate, to include C&A support, mitigation strategies and techniques, tracking, assessment, testing and implementation updates, patches and upgrades in accordance with the IAVA directives issued by the USCYBERCOM and DISA CIO, and test plans, procedures and reports dealing with all levels of security products, systems, networks and architectures.

     

    DESIRED SKILLS: Broad knowledge and expertise with DoD network and enclave architecture and operations and associated standards for open systems architectures.
