• Manage day to day operations within budgeted guidelines and standards
• Preserve excellent levels of internal and external customer service
• Determines, coordinates and supervises daily staffing assignments and levels
• Proactively identify customer needs and respond to their concerns
• Assess quality of services delivered and facilitates staff development programs
• Establish targets, schedules, policies and procedures
• Ensures staff compliance with departmental and organizational policies, procedures and protocols

Required Skills Required Experience

• HIGH SCHOOL GRADUATE OR EQUIVALENT.

• Certified by NATA-BOC & Ohio Licensure, OT/PT/AT Board, CPR Certified.

• Two years experience in an equivalent position.

• Excellent interpersonal skills/ability to projecting a positive image for the Hospital.

• Excellent communication, organizational and detail skills.

• Ability to work independently and prioritize work.
