    Precise Systems is a professional services company currently working for the U.S. Navy, U.S. Marine Corps, and U.S. Air Force. Our core competencies include systems engineering, program and project management, logistics, information technology and cyber security, and software development services. We were founded in 1990 and since our establishment we have been providing cutting edge solutions and support to our warfighters. We understand and provide expert consultation on network and weapons systems acquisition programs, maintenance/modernization programs, and sustainment programs.

    We are currently seeking a Program Management Analyst, Senior to support our PMA-231 customer at NAS Patuxent River, MD.    

    The ideal candidate will be able to perform the following duties:

    • Advise PMA/IPTs on Acquisition Regulations, Thresholds, and Acquisition Processes/Procedures.
    • Provide support to IPTs in PID generation to include support in drafting SOWs, SOOs, and CDRLs.
    • Coordinate Procurement Planning Conferences, Acquisition Strategy Briefs, generate Procurement Planning Agreement, and ensure routing and approval.
    • Oversee and coordinate Operations support personnel within the program.
    • Assist IPTs with maintaining PID information in the PMT tool that is current, accurate, and complete.
    • Generate informational reports utilizing the PMT database and other information available in the PMA
    • Work with SOWs and J&As, conducted PPCs
    • Host and manage weekly PMA Contract Status meetings
    • Serve as single point of entry/dispersal/and reply for all data calls and external requests for information.

     

    DESIRED EXPERIENCE:  fifteen plus years of experience in acquisition at NAVAIR with experience and proficiency in the following products: Spend plans, contracts, risk management, technical management, ECPs, sustainment and production of platforms. Experience with NAVAIR AMS Suite of tools highly desired. 

    REQUIRED EDUCATION: Senior - MA/MS degree

    REQUIRED EXPERIENCE: Senior - over 10 years of experience performing duties described in the functional description.
