    Job Summary

    Radwell International is expanding our Outside Sales team nationwide, and is seeking an Outside Sales Representative in the Kissimmee / Orlanda, FL territory.

    Our Outside Sales Reps aren't afraid of cold calling or closing the deal and are skilled in developing relationships- whether it’s with the security guard at the gate, the maintenance technician at the plant or the purchasing clerk in the office.

    They don’t like sitting behind desks. They are out and about putting in full days- making sales visits, finding and contacting new prospects, all while following-up with current customers regarding their quotes, orders, and repairs. Your primary contacts in this role would be production maintenance, purchasing, storeroom managers, engineering, etc.

    What we look for:

    • Experience selling into the industrial market place (willing to train the right person)
    • Experience calling on Food & Beverage, plastics, automotive, machine tool, etc. is a plus
    • Competitive personality with a strong desire to hit sales growth targets
    • Willing to be on the road 5 days a week
    • Ability to multi task and navigate CRM sales systems

    Job Summary

    Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

    Expected Salary Range $65k-75k (based on exp); Expected Total Comp $100k with commission

    Manages all aspects of the Radwell customer relationship in a specific sales area. This includes promoting Radwell’s repair, surplus, distribution product and asset recovery services daily.

    **ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES **

    • Manage sales activities for specific assigned territory.
    • Works closely with all staff to oversee the sales function and to position products and services to achieve maximum sales potential.
    • Responds to requests, inquires and complaints and ensures maximum good will from all transactions.
    • Analyzes market statistics to develop sales campaigns and create sales quotas.
    • Responsible for negotiating and implementing agreements
    • Prepares reports for management and customers.
    • Establishes sales objectives by creating a sales plan and quota for districts in support of national objectives.
    • Recommends product lines by identifying new product opportunities, and/or product, packaging, and service changes; surveying consumer needs and trends; tracking competitors.

    May be modified from time to time. Other duties, tasks and work may be assigned

    **EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE **

    • Associates Degree or equivalent industry experience
    • Technical or Industrial product knowledge is a plus

    • Driver’s license

    • Lifting requirements include occasional lifting up to 50 pounds, frequent lifting of up to 25 pounds and continuous lifting of up to 10 pounds
