CALIBRE Systems, Inc., an employee-owned management consulting and digital transformation company, is looking for highly motivated Senior Technical Writers to join our team supporting a National Institutes of Health client. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Documenting enhancements and defect fixes in software applications.

• Authoring newsletters, end-user documentation and other documentation as required.

• Developing standard operating procedures and changes in process, functionality, or policy.

• Creating fact sheets, FAQs, fliers, and presentations.

Required Skills

· Expertise in self-authoring tools such as MadCap Flare, etc.

· Experience with NIH or another entity supporting scientific research.

· Desktop publishing software.

· Must be able to obtain a NIH Public Trust.

· Industry certifications, desired.

Required Experience

· Bachelor’s Degree.

· Minimum 7 years of technical writing, preferably scientific writing.

· Digital media experience.

· Experience developing communication policies.

· Experience in Web content development a plus.

· Expertise in self-authoring tools such as MadCap Flare, etc.

· Experience with NIH or another entity supporting scientific research.

· Desktop publishing software.

· Must be able to obtain a NIH Public Trust.

· Industry certifications, desired.
