    Company Description:

    Consolidated Bus Transit is New York City's premier school bus company. We've been in the student transportation industry for over fifty years. We provide courteous, reliable, and safe transportation services throughout the New York City area.

    Qualifications:

    • At least 5-6 years of experience supporting Dynamics Great Plains version 2016/18.4. Preferred version GP 18.4
    • Strong background with SQL query language and database systems i.e, SQL Server SQL 2019
    • Must have experience creating tables, and linking tables and database
    • Payroll experience in Dynamics Great Plains is a plus
    • Must be able to troubleshoot SQL database errors, create and modify SQL backup jobs, and other issues
    • Must be able to create and troubleshoot GP integration and store procedure
    • Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (Word and Excel).
    • Administration of Great Plains 18.4
    • Diagnose and resolve problems within Dynamics Great Plains
    • Expert knowledge in creating and Modify reports using Crystal Reports
    • Troubleshoot issues with Great Plains
    • Third-party solution support
    • SQL 2019 administration
    • Respond to all help requests (ticketing system, phone calls, emails, etc.) in a timely fashion
    • Configure and deploy client devices (desktops, laptops, tablets, phones, etc.) as required, using imaging or management tools when available
    • Create and maintain documentation of all IT systems
    • Provide first-level helpdesk end-user support of Microsoft Dynamics Great Plains
    • Working knowledge of Microsoft operating systems including desktop (8 and higher) and server (2008 and higher).

    Requirements:

    • ********Bachelor's Degree preferred.
    • Significant experience as IT Professional in a corporate setting.
    • Highly experienced with various operating systems and databases.
    • Track record of successful project management.
    • Critical thinking skills and an analytical mind with strong problem-solving abilities.
    • Enthusiastic about working collaboratively.
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
    • Pleasant demeanor and strong customer service skills.
    • Solid interpersonal skills.
