    Through our brands – American Hotel Register and Amtex – we serve hospitality customers across various market segments and in related verticals such as vacation rentals, healthcare, and education. We have a diverse product portfolio, offering over 3,600 different SKUs within categories that include bed and bath linens, guest care amenities, housekeeping supplies, and electronics & appliance.

    Position Summary:

    We are currently hiring for full-time Inside Sales Representatives. The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for increasing sales with existing customers, pursuing, and establishing relationships with new customers, and achieving designated sales quotas.

    Responsibilities

    • Responsible for maintaining & identifying new sales opportunities within prospective and existing accounts
    • Makes cold & warm calls and uses consultative selling techniques, product knowledge, and sales tools & resources (CRM, SAP, Excel, etc.) to effectively target new prospects and maximize customer spend
    • Maintain, build, and expand customer relationships with key decision makers and influencers (across all levels of an organization)
    • Proactively monitor assigned accounts, coordinating with other departments when needed to resolve issues and improve the overall customer experience.

    Preferred Qualifications:


    • High School Diploma is required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred
    • 3+ years of proven experience increasing portfolio sales with consultative solution-selling techniques
    • Excellent communication skills (verbal & written), including the ability to listen and present effectively
    • Strong ability to persuade and influence buying decisions and sell a variety of products
    • Goal-oriented and highly driven self-starter who works well independently and within a team environment
    • Excellent organizational and time management skills, including the ability to balance multiple priorities effectively and adapt when necessary
    • Creative, forward-thinking problem-solver who loves to learn
    • Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) is required while familiarity with CRM tools like SAP is a plus
