Bookkeeper
Consolidated Human Resources is looking to add a full time bookkeeper to our growing Accounting Team.
Daily responsibilities to include but are not limited to the following:
- Maintaining records of financial transactions by posting and verifying.
- Preparing financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
- Payroll tax filing.
- Ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local legal requirements.
- Bank Reconciliations.
- Manage A/R and A/P.
- Maintaining the chart of accounts.
- Serve as back-up for other areas in the accounting department.
- Assist in compiling and reconciling information for other departments.
Desired Skills :
- Knowledge of U.S. GAAP
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Establishing accounts
- Data entry
- Strong Organizational skills and Attention to detail
- Work efficiently to meet regular deadline
- The ability to communicate complex data in a clear way

- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills

Must submit to background check, physical, and drug screen.
Experience & Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or related discipline is preferred.
- 3+ years bookkeeping experience preferred.
- Payroll experience preferred.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
