Our client in Anaheim is looking to fill their Business Analyst role!
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Heavy Excel
- Assist in the preparation of semi-monthly driver payroll, analyze discrepancies, and communicate with Operations team as needed
- Extensively utilizes Excel to perform complex payroll calculations
- Validate information across sources to ensure data is accurate for financial and accounting reporting
- Assist in evaluating existing business practices and systems to streamline financial operations
- Maintains data integrity by compiling data from primary and secondary sources
- Create and maintain rich interactive visualizations through data interpretation and analysis
- Perform other analyses and special projects as needed
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
- 1+ years of experience is preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or Statistics preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Products. Strong Excel skills with the ability to learn other analytic tools (vlookups, pivot tables, conditional statements, etc.). Experience with data cleaning, evaluation, analysis, and visualization.
