RESEARCH ANALYST (REMOTE) FOR CDPH

CONSTANT is assisting a valued partner who is seeking a skilled Research Analyst to provide guidance and capability for COVID-19 related projects in support of California Department of Public Health (CDPH). This role will research, interpret, and present data related to client project.

THIS IS WHAT YOU’LL DO

This is a critical role supporting CDPH COVID-19 related projects. This role will research and analyze data to key stakeholders.

THIS IS WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• Identifying and analyzing trends and forecasts and recommending improvements to client

• Using data analysis and interpretations to guide the decision-making

• Identify and communicate risks and issues internally and externally 

• Use mathematical models to come up with objective answers based on historical data

• Organizing and storing data for future research projects

• Create presentations with charts and graphs to present to higher-ups and management

• Any other reasonable or necessary activity required by management or leadership 

Qualifications

o Bachelor’s degree in related field

o 2+ years’ relevant experience 

o Strong communication abilities across varied stakeholders

o Experience in applied research or data management.

o Attention to detail and organizational skills

o Ability to travel, as needed within CA

Preferred

o Public Health experience

Location & Compensation

Remote (Must be able to travel within CA)

Competitive compensation based on the capability of the candidate. Assignments are likely to be for 4-6 months.
