Job Description

Our client in Fontana is looking for a Staff Accountant to join their team! This is temp-to-hire, possibly direct-hire opportunity.

Duties: 

• Post daily wire and ACH deposits
• Pull paid invoices and mark paid
• Scan wires/ACH and attach to customer payment
• Generate daily invoices for previous day’s shipment in accounting system
• Daily positive pay upload to bank
• Post daily deposits and transmit to Bank
• Pull paid invoices and mark paid
• Scan checks and attach to customer payment
• Send out past due invoices and follow up with delinquent customers
• Performed other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of relevant experience
• Bachelor's degree
• ERP software experience
