Job Description

We at Control Associates are currently seeking entry level candidates who are interested in launching their career with a major Financial Services firm located in the greater Boston, MA area.

These are contract positions within a variety of operational support groups. They not only provide a "foot in the door" opportunity but also have the possibility of evolving into permanent fulltime roles.

No specific experience is required as in depth training is provided & at the onset, due to the current pandemic, all positions will be remote.

Ideal candidates are recent or soon to be college graduates who have a Bachelors degree in a Finance, related discipline such as Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics or any other financial related discipline. Financial based Internships OR 1 - 2 years related experience is preferred, but not required. THESE POSITIONS ARE NON-SALES.
