Better known as "We Buy Ugly Houses." • We have a full-time opening for a highly motivated Real Estate Acquisition Specialist to join our sales team. • NO Real Estate or Home-buying experience is needed. • The ideal candidate has a background in sales, an ambitious spirit, and a great work ethic. • Compensation: This position offers a base salary and commissions with an earning potential of $90,000 - $150,000 depending on performance. Responsibilities: • Understanding client needs and offering solutions to sellers. • Communicate with office staff to ensure the highest level of service. • Use Salesforce CRM to regularly follow up with customers and input data. • Develop new business opportunities for sales acquisitions. • Attending appointments M-F with occasional weekend and early evening appointments. Qualifications: • No Home Buying, Real Estate, or Construction Experience is needed. WE WILL TRAIN! • Minimum of 2 years of sales experience. • Excellent communication skills. • Must be willing to travel to meet with customer needs. • Must Pass CORI Check. • MUST have a valid driver's license and a reliable car.
