    Project Coordinator/Construction Admin

    Eagan, MN | Direct Hire | $70,000–$75,000

    Konik is partnering with a well-respected firm seeking a seasoned Project Coordinator to oversee project operations, administrative functions, and compliance initiatives. The ideal candidate is a strong office manager with experience managing processes, capable of supporting multiple teams and ensuring project administration runs efficiently. While construction experience is preferred, the primary requirement is a track record as a senior administrative or project support professional.

    Project Coordinator Responsibilities

    • Maintain and manage licensing and registration requirements across multiple municipalities, including tracking renewal dates and coordinating with accounting for necessary documentation.
    • Assist in the preparation, renewal, and closure of current licenses as required.
    • Run bi-weekly P&L reports for all active projects and assist with financial tracking.
    • Provide administrative support to leadership, including daily project oversight, reporting, and general correspondence.
    • Support contracts, compliance paperwork, submittals, daily logs, and project close-out documentation.
    • Assist in policy writing, development of how-to manuals, and implementation of process improvements.
    • Serve as backup for Assistant Project Managers as needed.
    • Collaborate with Accounts Receivable to ensure project billing is accurate and timely.
    • Support internal communications and reminders regarding policy, process changes, and project updates.
    • Perform other special projects and administrative tasks as assigned.

    Project Coordinator Qualifications

    • 5+ years of experience as an office manager, project coordinator, or administrative support; construction industry experience is preferred but not required.
    • Proven ability to manage processes, workflows, and complex administrative tasks independently.
    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
    • Familiarity with contracts, compliance requirements, and project documentation preferred.
