This is a key support role responsible for daily administrative, accounting, and coordination tasks that keep projects moving smoothly from the field to the office. This position requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities with confidence Responsibilities: • Provide daily administrative support to HTC operations and leadership to ensure office tasks and workflows run smoothly. • Maintain organized digital and physical files and documentation, including project folders, spreadsheets, filing cabinets, and supporting records in SharePoint. • Manage company calendars & email inboxes, flagging priority items, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings. • Assist with accounting support tasks such as data entry in QuickBooks Online, invoice tracking, and purchase order documentation. • Keep office supplies stocked and assist with vendor coordination • Communicate professionally with internal team members, field crews, and vendors as needed to support ongoing projects. • Follow and complete internal checklists and SOPs to ensure tasks are completed accurately and on time. Qualifications: • High school diploma required; associate’s degree or higher preferred. • 2+ years of administrative, office assistant, or executive assistant experience (construction or related industry preferred). • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams). • Experience using QuickBooks Online for reporting and data management. Compensation: $18 - $25 hourly
