    Job Summary

    Summit Pools is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Construction Support Administrator to support our construction, remodeling, service, and warranty departments. This position plays a critical role in keeping projects moving smoothly by coordinating paperwork, tracking project progress, communicating with customers, and supporting our field teams.

    Responsibilities

    Support construction managers and supervisors with daily administrative tasks.

    Maintain and organize project files, contracts, permits, and documentation.

    Communicate with homeowners regarding project status, selections, and scheduling.

    Coordinate inspections, permits, subcontractors, suppliers, and project-related activities.

    Track project progress and ensure information is updated in company systems.

    Generate reports and provide administrative support to management.

    Help ensure projects stay organized, on schedule, and nothing falls through the cracks.

    Qualifications

    Strong organizational and time-management skills

    Excellent verbal and written communication

    Professional and customer-service-oriented attitude

    Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

    Strong attention to detail and follow-through

    Proficient with Microsoft Office and computer systems

    Ability to work independently and as part of a team

    Construction or project coordination experience preferred

    Experience with Buildertrend or similar software is a plus

    Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required

    Education & Experience

    High school diploma or equivalent required

    2+ years of administrative, construction support, project coordination, or office management experience preferred

    Primary Objective: Support the construction team by keeping projects, paperwork, communication, and scheduling organized from contract to completion.

    Ideal Candidate: A highly organized problem-solver who can keep projects, paperwork, and communication moving efficiently while supporting the construction team.
