    The Construction Office Administrator will provide administrative and clerical support to the construction team and help maintain smooth day-to-day office operations. You will be responsible for managing office procedures, assisting with project documentation, coordinating schedules, and supporting the overall project management team. This position is a critical role in supporting our self-performing team. The ideal candidate is organized, efficient, and capable of handling a wide range of tasks in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: • Manage and maintain office operations, including answering phone calls, scheduling meetings, and organizing office supplies. • Assist project managers and site supervisors with administrative tasks such as tracking project timelines, budgets, and progress. • Assist with the ordering of materials and supplies for construction projects, ensuring timely delivery and tracking of inventory. • Maintain detailed project documentation, including contracts, change orders, schedules, and reports. Ensure proper record-keeping for all phases of the project. • Prepare, organize, and file project documentation, contracts, permits, change orders, and other important records. Ensure all documents are up to date and easily accessible. Qualifications: • Proficiency with office software, including MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook), and construction management software is a plus. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Strong organizational and communication skills with attention to detail. • Knowledge of basic accounting and invoicing processes is a plus. • High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field is a plus). Compensation: $17 - $20 hourly
