    Cedar Park Group is hiring a Construction Estimator to support one of our long-term construction partners. This position plays a key role in office operations - managing bookkeeping, vendor coordination, and essential administrative processes that keep projects on track and compliant.

    Position Overview:

    The Construction Estimator serves as the operational backbone for a busy construction environment. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and proficient in QuickBooks, with strong multitasking abilities and a solid understanding of job costing and vendor management.

    Requirements :

    • Strong proficiency in QuickBooks (required)

    • Familiarity with job costing, lien releases, insurance tracking, and vendor invoicing

    • Strong written and verbal communication skills

    • Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and follow-through

    • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced setting with shifting priorities

    • Proficiency in Excel, Word , and cloud-based systems (Google Drive, Dropbox, etc.)

    • Experience supporting a construction or homebuilding team (preferred)

    Responsibilities:

    • Manage Accounts Payable (A/P) and Accounts Receivable (A/R) , including invoice processing, payment tracking, and vendor/client communication

    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records in QuickBooks

    • Reconcile bank and credit card accounts monthly; assist with financial reports and budget tracking

    • Prepare and manage lien waivers, insurance certificates, permits, and compliance documentation

    • Support payroll coordination and track employee time entries

    • Assist project managers with job costing reports, purchase orders, and expense tracking

    • Maintain organized digital and paper filing systems for financial and project-related documents

    • Provide general administrative support, including answering calls, managing supplies, and coordinating schedules

    • Communicate professionally with vendors, subcontractors, clients, and local agencies

    • ****Take initiative to assist with other operational tasks as needed
